Where Server Settings Are Located
Most server settings are stored inside:
Servers/ServerName/Server/Commands.dat
You are supposed to write commands followed by a value of your choice.

Basic Server Commands

How to set a server name?
Name My Unturned Server

How to change maximum players that are able to play on the server?
MaxPlayers 24

How to set a password?
Password myPass123

Gameplay Settings

How to set PvP / PvE Modes?
Mode Easy/Normal/Hard
PvE mode is set by writing just "PvE" in the file (you can check the image or example configurations for extra help)

How to enable cheats / admin commands?
Cheats Enabled/Disabled

Perspective settings
Perspective First/Third/Both

How to change the map?
Map PEI

How to set weather?
Weather None/Disable/Storm/Blizzard
